Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If your item is faulty, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email online@dynastysport.co.nz with your order number and a description (and, if possible, photos) of the fault, and await further instructions. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Please note:

  • Please check our size guide carefully before ordering, as we cannot exchange for incorrect sizing.

Faulty Item Returns Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a set number of days. If paying via Humm, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be posted).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email online@dynastysport.co.au.

Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless faulty.

Shipping for Returns
Please email online@dynastysport.co.au with your order number before returning your product. You will be provided with a return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, delivery times for replacement items may vary.
